Syd Castrator   Relief Pitcher | Retired or Inactive Players Pitching He's a good late inning man, which is when being a pitcher really counts. The Retired or Inactive Players hope he can work on his control a little bit. Every once and a while one slips away from him and either ends up at the backstop or in the right field bleachers. He's almost as effective against righthanders as he is versus lefthanders. Defense & Hitting Castrator does an average job of holding runners. Castrator is agile on the mound, though he makes needless errors when his concentration wanders. Castrator is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Castrator has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Retired or Inactive Players have been known to use Castrator as a pinch-runner on occasion. 2023 Outlook AA isn't the right place for Castrator. Expect the Retired or Inactive Players to send him down for some minor retooling.
