Spades Tamez   Second Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players Hitting In past seasons, Tamez has been a bit of a liability with men on base. This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Spades Tamez to pull the ball. Baserunning & Defense Tamez isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out. When you play Tamez you're not putting him in for his glove.
