Kris Plank   First Baseman | Cobourg Stampeders Hitting Plank is an excellent mistake hitter who belts middle-of-the-plate fastballs or hanging breaking balls. He sometimes will press in clutch situations and chase fastballs up and out of the zone. Plank always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. The Cobourg Stampeders do tend to sit Plank when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball. A spray hitter in the classic sense, Kris puts the ball all over the park. Baserunning & Defense Not only does he have all the physical tools--good range, soft hands, accurate arm--but he also has great instincts and fundamentals. His arm is accurate enough.
