First Baseman | Creston Kokanee

Hitting
Maredous always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. Even though you might not start him, he's not a bad guy to have on your bench for the tough left-handed reliever.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Maredous you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough. He has below-average speed and is stiff on the basepath. He's poor on a straight steal but has some success at reading pitchers and working a delayed steal.

2025 Outlook
I can't say I know what The Creston Kokanee were doing locking this guy up to a long term contract. A questionable call at best. If Maredous doesn't perform, the Creston Kokanee won't hesitate to send him down to the minors.
