This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. Hirsh always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
His defense is solid but unspectacular. His arm is accurate enough. Hirsh isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out.

2024 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Hirsh to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
