Celso Gutierrez   First Baseman | Free Agents Hitting He has the mental discipline to handle clutch situations. Gutierrez never has been a patient hitter. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. One thing's for sure, Celso Gutierrez is a dead-pull hitter. Baserunning & Defense He makes the occasional spectacular catch and has great instincts. He's also one of the better throwing first basemen in the league. Gutierrez isn't a good baserunner.
