Whammy Blem   Catcher | Retired or Inactive Players Hitting The book on Blem is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. Any manager would love to have this guy on his bench. He's a perfect for pinch hitting against a lefty reliever. You can expect Whammy Blem to pull the ball. Baserunning & Defense Blem is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat. His glovework leaves a lot to be desired. Whammy's arm leaves a little to be a desired. 2025 Outlook One has to wonder what Whammy Blem is doing in AA.
